I'm on my 2nd bottle. It has changed the quality of my hair for me. I usually use it 2x a week, when washing my hair. I leave it on for 4-5 minutes, then rinse and condition. My hair is almost salon-quality after a blow-dry. It's shiny, soft and less frizzy. I use it with the other products in the product line. 1 bottle lasted me about 5 months. Value for money 5⭐️!
